Marian Sanjur
Innovation lead at Nestlé. Builder of bots, agents, and small sharp tools.
I spent a decade inside large companies, mostly working on the problems nobody wanted — the ones where the answer wasn't a campaign or a product, but a quiet rearrangement of how a team decided things. Somewhere along the way I stopped believing that big organizations fail because they lack ideas. They fail because good ideas arrive before anyone is ready to say yes to them, and by the time they're ready, someone else has already built it. I'm interested in the gap between those two moments, and what it takes to close it from the inside.
These days I spend my weekends building small tools with AI — usually for problems of my own that no product is going to solve at my level of specificity. A Telegram bot that answers on my behalf. A weekly-review agent. A recipe site for my kitchen. None of these are businesses. All of them teach me something I couldn't have learned by reading about it, which is that the distance between having an idea and having a working version of it just collapsed, and most people in my industry haven't noticed yet.
